By purchasing from Scrap Collective, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Handmade & One-of-One Items

All Scrap Collective garments are handmade by me and released in limited drops. Each piece is one-of-one and may include natural variations, visible patchwork, or unique characteristics that are part of the design. These are not faults but part of the handmade nature of the garment.

Orders

All sales are final unless an item is confirmed faulty under my Returns & Refund Policy.

Please double check sizing, measurements, and shipping details before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, I cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Pricing & Availability

Drop items are sold on a first-come basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may change without notice.

Shipping

Processing and shipping timelines are outlined in my Shipping Policy. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Faults & Consumer Rights

If your item arrives with a genuine fault, contact me within 7 days of receiving it so I can assess and organize a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products

Any digital guides, patterns, or downloads are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, copied for commercial use, or shared without permission.

Due to the nature of digital items, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt fraud, or interfere with its operation. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of violating these terms.
