Shipping Policy

Every Scrap Collective piece is handmade by me and shipped from Australia. These are one-of-one drop garments, so processing times can vary depending on workload.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated during a drop. Busy releases may take a little longer. I appreciate your patience while I get everything out properly.

Shipping Locations

I currently ship Australia-wide, plus New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been lodged.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of my control.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. I am not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact me at thescrapcollective@outlook.com.au and I will do my best to help investigate with the carrier. While I will always advocate for you, I cannot guarantee carrier outcomes once the parcel has left my hands.
