Returns & Refund Policy

Every Scrap Collective piece is handmade by me as a one-of-one drop item. Because of this, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please read measurements and descriptions carefully before buying. If you are unsure about sizing or details, reach out first. I am always happy to help before you purchase.

Faults or Issues

If your item arrives with a genuine fault or construction issue, contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

If the item is confirmed faulty, I will organize a repair/remedy. 

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or alterations made after purchase are not considered faults. Remembering these are made with some secondhand garments so general wear and tear can be expected although I try to avoid as much as possible.

Consumer Rights

Nothing here overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something is genuinely faulty, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy.
